1. About Us

These Terms govern your use of www.inyoucra.com and the purchase of services from INYOUCRA PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202510606W), registered at 175A Bencoolen Street, #07-02, Burlington Square, Singapore 189650. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

INYOUCRA provides AI-powered technology services including:

• Enterprise AI Tools – Custom development of AI applications and workflow automation for businesses
• Software Development – Custom software and web application development
• Software Product Experience – 30-day trial of software features such as company websites, customer booking and online order-taking
• Enterprise AI Infrastructure Development & Deployment – Setup, deployment and handover of AI and cloud infrastructure
• Personal AI Tools – Deployment, installation and light customisation of AI tools for personal use in a cloud environment under the client's own name (including general-purpose model API integration and open-source model deployment)
• Full Digitalization – Requirements analysis, architecture design, and development of custom business digitalization systems
• Market Intelligence Development – Development and delivery of custom market and competitor monitoring software
• AI Ad Campaigns – AI-assisted ad campaign management (one-time service; advertising spend paid to ad platforms not included)

Additional terms for Personal AI Tools:

• Third-party accounts such as cloud servers and model APIs are opened in the client's own name. Cloud and API usage fees are paid by the client directly to the relevant providers; INYOUCRA does not collect them and charges only the fee for this service.
• INYOUCRA accesses the client's accounts and API keys only temporarily during deployment and within the scope the client authorises. At handover, INYOUCRA removes all of its access, keeps none of the client's data, passwords or API keys, and recommends the client rotate their API keys.
• INYOUCRA only works on accounts and servers that the client owns or is authorised to use.
• The client must comply with the terms of use of the model and cloud providers concerned and with open-source licences, and must not use the tools for unlawful purposes such as spam, scams, unauthorised data scraping, copyright infringement, or creating or spreading false or impersonating content. The client bears the consequences of any such misuse, and INYOUCRA may decline or terminate the related service.
• For 30 days after handover, INYOUCRA will fix free of charge any issue caused by its own configuration or code. Outages, pricing, model or policy changes of third-party services are excluded.
• This service is available only to individual clients aged 18 or above.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables become your property. INYOUCRA retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks developed during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

INYOUCRA's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service. INYOUCRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Industry Disclaimer

INYOUCRA provides AI technology tools and software services only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, insurance product offerings, medical advice, or legal advice. All regulated activities remain subject to applicable Singapore regulations including MAS requirements.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
