1. Introduction
INYOUCRA PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202510606W), registered at 175A Bencoolen Street, #07-02, Burlington Square, Singapore 189650 ("INYOUCRA", "we", "us"), is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. Personal Data We Collect

3. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Providing and managing the services you purchase
- Processing payments and generating invoices/receipts
- Communicating with you about your orders and enquiries
- Sending service updates and (if you have opted in) promotional communications
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including IRAS record-keeping requirements)
- Improving our website and services
If you purchase our Personal AI Tools service, we will temporarily access your cloud accounts and model API keys during deployment, within the scope you authorise and solely to complete the deployment. At handover we remove all of our access, keep none of your data, passwords or API keys, and recommend that you rotate your API keys.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Some of the above providers may process data outside Singapore (e.g. in the United States). We only engage providers that meet the transfer requirements of section 26 of the PDPA and offer a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Retention
Transaction and invoice records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with IRAS requirements. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
6. Your Rights
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Withdraw consent for non-essential uses (e.g. marketing)
- Request deletion of your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for login and site security, plus one cookie that remembers the display theme (Classic / Ginkgo) you switch to (kept for one year and deleted when you switch back to Classic). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
