Cloud Environment Setup

We help you open an account with a cloud provider such as AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean and choose a suitable server, then handle system initialisation, domain setup and HTTPS certificates. We recommend a configuration based on your actual usage, so you don't pay for capacity you won't use.

General-Purpose Model API Integration

We help you obtain API keys in your own name from model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, configure them securely on your server, and set usage caps and spending alerts to prevent unexpected charges. Switch between models or use several at once, without separate subscriptions for every app.

Open-Source Model Deployment

Where suitable, we run open-source models in the cloud on GPUs rented on demand: switched on when you need them and off when you don't, to keep costs under control. Ideal if you value control over the model and want your data to stay away from third-party model providers entirely.

AI Tool Installation & Light Custom Development

We deploy commonly used tools such as an AI chat interface, a personal knowledge base (turning your notes, PDFs and documents into something you can ask questions about) and speech-to-text, and write small automation scripts or workflows to suit you, such as email digests, research organisation, first drafts and scheduled reminders.

Basic Security Hardening

We configure login protection, a firewall, automatic backups and a system update policy to reduce the risk of intrusion or data loss. API keys are stored only on your own server and never appear in front-end pages or public code. At handover, we remind you to change all passwords and remove our access.

Training & Handover

A one-to-one online walkthrough plus an illustrated user guide covering everyday use, checking API usage and costs, rotating API keys, backup and restore, and common troubleshooting. After handover, you can manage your AI tools on your own.

Service Terms

  • Third-party accounts such as cloud servers and model APIs are opened in the client's own name. Cloud and API usage fees are paid by the client directly to the relevant providers; we do not collect them and charge only the fee for this service.
  • We access the client's accounts and API keys only temporarily during deployment and within the scope the client authorises. At handover we remove all of our access, keep none of the client's data, passwords or API keys, and recommend the client rotate their API keys.
  • We only work on accounts and servers that the client owns or is authorised to use.
  • The client must comply with the terms of use of the model and cloud providers concerned and with open-source licences, and must not use the tools for unlawful purposes such as spam, scams, unauthorised scraping of others' data, copyright infringement, or creating or spreading false or impersonating content. The client bears the consequences of any such misuse, and we may decline or stop any related work.
  • The availability, pricing and models of third-party services are outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted service, absolute security or any particular cost savings.
  • Clients must be at least 18 years old. Refunds and cancellations follow our Terms & Conditions.
